5 Minute Low Carb Brownies for Two!

Craving something a little sweet? We all do!

Now you can get your chocolate fix with all of the decadence and none of the guilt!


This quick and easy low carb brownie mixes and bakes in just 1 small ramekin in less than 5 minutes, and better yet, provides automatic portion control!


It’s fast, low carb (Gluten and Grain Free), and versatile.

Enjoy as a dessert, snack, or breakfast...yes, I said breakfast!


DIRECTIONS:


In a small ramekin, combine:


1 Tbs Butter Melted

1 egg, beaten

1/2 tsp vanilla

2Tbs Powdered Swerve Sweetener

1Tbs Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

3 generous Tbs Almond Flour

.5 tsp baking powder

.25 tsp salt

1 Tbs Lily’s chocolate chips

Mix well and microwave for 45 seconds.

Check for done-ness, and if necessary continue to microwave for 10 second intervals until lightly set (center can still be a little loose)


*If you’re feeling a little fancy, whip an additional 2 Tbs of the Powdered Swerve with 1/4 cup heavy cream for a little keto whipped cream to top off your brownie!
